Instant Dry Yeast
The fermentation powder is a composite additive, mainly used as the production of surface products and puffed food. The fermented powder contains many substances, mainly components of sodium hydrogencarbonate and tartaric acid. It is usually a compound of carbonate and solid acid. When the carbonate is in contact with water and acid, it is solved by several substances. During this process, carbon dioxide is released, but there is no flavor substance. Therefore, the taste of the product will not be affecte.
Usage:
1. It manufactured from selected high activity; high osmotic pressure resistant yeast strains and is suitable for the production of a variety of bread recipes with high glucose (25%) and high oil (20%).
2. It can effectively shorten the dough fermentation time;
3. It makes the bread a good expansion in the oven and meets the expansion requirements of different fermentation processes (such as direct dough and sponge dough method). It makes the bread with good expansion and large volume.

Description:
Instant dry yeast is used as a bulking agent for flour and is used in the production of bread, buns, and cookies.
Instant dry yeast is a product that uses modern biotechnology and advanced equipment to dry yeast cells produced on an industrial scale to more than 95% dry matter and less than 5.5% moisture. It is vacuum packed and has a shelf life of two years. It becomes physiologically active cells instantly after seeing water. So it is also called instant active dry yeast. This product is widely used in the food industry and fermentation industry.
