Product Description
Maltitol is made of super-high malt syrup with pure sweet taste, belonging to sugar-less sweetening agent as green food. Maltitol is an ideal food for patients suffering from diabetes and others. Maltitol is made of super-high malt syrup with nickel catalyst through heating, pressurizing, hydrogenating and crystallzing.

Function and Application:
1. In functional foods
Nearly no absorption or anabolism in human body, can be used as raw material to produce food to diabetic and obesity patients.
2. In confectionery and chocolate
With Maltitols good taste, moisture retention and non-crystallization, good to be used for producing confectionery,including cotton candy, hard candy, transparent soft candy and etc.
3. In fruit juice drinks
Viscosity and non-fermentation, good to be used in floating fruit juicy drinks or lactic acid drinks instead of sugar, to get a better, fuller and smoother taste.
4. In frozen food
Add Maltitol into ice cream to make it finer and viscous, the product can taste fuller sweet and have longer shelf life.
5,It can be used in ice cream to improve refinement and sweet taste, and prolong shelf life.
Packaged in multi-layer craft paper bag with food grade PE inner bag, net 25kg/bag.

SHELF LIFE:
24 months if stored under recommended storage conditions
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Should be stored in airtight container in a cool and dry place below 40ºC and relative humidity less then 70%
LABELING
Each packing unit must carry a label indicating the name of the product, the net weight, the name of the manufacture, the date of production, the batch code, expiry date or shelf life and storage condition.
GMO STATUS
This product is processed with non-GMO raw material, conforming to the requirements of legislation on GMOs.
