It is mainly used in the automobile industry and machinery industry. Molybdenum disulfide can replace stable solid lubricating material.
1. The system has excellent lubricity under high temperature, low temperature, high load, high speed, chemical corrosion and current ultra-vacuum factors.
2. It can also replace nonferrous metal film remover and forging lubricant by prolonging the lubrication cycle, reducing cost, and adjusting office factors.
3. Change to lubricating oil, grease, PTFE, nylon, paraffin, and stearic acid to regulate lubrication and reduce friction.
4. When using a threaded connection, please determine the best connection condition. Lubricate the original with a little volatile solvent and spray metal surfaces or modified engineering plastics.
5. Under the condition of conditioning and running-in, surface damage and cold welding such as stainless steel welding must be avoided.
