Plastic Granules PP
It referred to as PP, is a polymer made by addition polymerization. It is a white waxy material with a transparent and light appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89 ~ 0.91g/cm3, flammable, the melting point is 164~170ºC, it is softened at about 155ºC, and the use temperature range is -30 ~ 140ºC. It can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt solution and a variety of organic solvents below 80ºC, and can decompose under high temperature and oxidation.
It is a colorless semi-transparent thermoplastic lightweight general purpose plastic with chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high strength mechanical properties and good high wear resistance. It is widely used
in the production of clothing, blankets and other fiber products, medical equipment, automobiles, bicycles, parts, transportation pipes, chemical containers, etc., and is also used in food and medicine packaging.
Polyis a white waxy material with a transparent and light appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89~0.91g/cm3, It is flammable, with a melting point of 189ºC, softening at about 155ºC, and the use temperature range is -30~140ºC . It is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt solutions and a variety of organic solvents below 80°C, and can be decomposed under high temperature and oxidation.
Polyne, referred to as PP, is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, translucent solid substance. Polye is a kind of thermoplastic synthetic resin with excellent performance. It is a colorless translucent thermoplastic lightweight universal plastic. With chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high strength mechanical properties and good high wear-resisting processing properties, poly has been widely developed and applied in many fields such as machinery, automobile, electronics and electrical appliances, construction, textile, packaging, agriculture, forestry, fishery and food industry since it came out.
PP has the advantages of excellent comprehensive properties, good chemical stability, good shape processing, performance and relatively low cost. PP can adapt to a wider range of application requirements through modifying, copolymerization, grafting, blending, reinforced filling, transparency, filling, weather resistance.
1. crystal or milky white.
2. non-toxic, odorless, low density
3. strength, stiffness, hardness and heat resistance are superior to low pressure polyethylene. Light and billig health resistance to high temperature resistance wet, recycling easy process molding, transparency and surface gloss, and mechanical properties of the higher good non-toxic relative density low resistance to chemicals such good properties, and high ratio of performance.

Application:
Polypropylen e (PP) is a thermoplastic material used in a wide variety of applications including packaging, labeling, textiles, etc. Due to high processability and low cost, PP is one of the most extensively produced polymers, especially, for auto industry. Pristine PP is resistant to photo-oxidation and thermal oxidation at moderate temperatures. However, PP is sensitive to various external aging environments (such as heat, light, and radiation), and, hence, has a relatively low service temperature. When PP is exposed to high temperatures or to an irradiation environment, the tertiary hydrogen atoms present in PP chains are susceptible to be attacked by oxygen. It is well known that PP oxidation depends on both light and temperature in outdoor aging conditions. PP can also be photo-degraded because several molecular chains are affected in the wavelength range from 310 to 350 nm.
Used with ram- and screw-injection machines. For automotive, housewares, general molding products and multi- and monofiliment fiber.
1.Candle production like molding, dipping, drawing, extrusion/pressing.
2.Polishes to improve buff ability, to provide solvent binding and solvent retention properties.
3.Rubber and Tires as mould release agents, plasticizers and lubricants in rubber blends.
4.Cosmetics and Pharmacy to act as base component in various formulations.
5.Paper Coating formulations covering packaging of food and non food articls.
6.Hot Melt Adhesives as cost-competitive blend component.
7.Chemical Industry as processing agents, raw materials, components.
PP Features
1. The relative density is small, only 0.89-0.91, which is one of the lightest varieties in plastics.
2, good mechanical properties, in addition to impact resistance, other mechanical properties are better than polyethylene, molding
processing performance is good.
3. It has high heat resistance and the continuous use temperature can reach 110-120 °C.
4, good chemical properties, almost no water absorption, and does not react with most chemicals.
5, the texture is pure, non-toxic.
6, electrical insulation is good.
