Product Description

    Alanine (Ala) is the basic unit of protein and is one of the 21 amino acids that make up human proteins. The amino acids that make up protein molecules are all L-amino acids. Because they are in the same pH environment, the charged state of various amino acids is different, that is, they have different isoelectric points (PI), which is the principle of electrophoresis and chromatography to separate amino acids.
