Product Description

 Mannitol Sweetener Powder has a sugar dew flavor, a sugar alcohol with a sweet appearance, which is a hexitol, a sweetener that can be used as a sweetener of mannose. Alcohols are classified as sugar alcohols; they are derived from sugars. Other sugar alcohols include xylitol and sorbitol.
Soluble in water, a white transparent solid with a sweet taste similar to sucrose.

2. Applied in the food field, Mannitol is non-hygroscopic, meaning it doesn't attract and hold water. However, it is water-soluble.
