What is Bovine Colostrum Powder?
Bovine Colostrum powder is produced by removing the fat from colostrum, adding to it the anti-heat-denaturing substances and other auxiliary materials permitted to be added to foods, and spray-drying at low temperature. The key to the process is that the colostrum is sterilized to maximize the activity of the bioactive substances.
