Product Description

Arabic gum has a long history and is widely used, usually as an emulsifier for beverages, functional oil coating, chocolate and candy coating, frozen food stabilizer, high quality dietary fiber, spray drying carrier and so on. In the modern society that pays attention to health and high-quality life, the excellent performance of high-fiber Arabic gum has become an important role in modern food.
     In terms of nutrition, Arabic gum basically does not produce heat, is a good water-soluble dietary fiber, has strong antioxidant properties, daily intake of 5-10g, but also helps balance the large intestine microbial ecosystem, improve intestinal dynamics, is widely used in health products, candy and drinks.

• Acacia gum has good emulsifying properties, especially suitable for oil-in-water emulsion system, widely used as emulsion stabilizer in emulsion essence;
• It also has good film-forming properties; as a microcapsule film-forming agent for converting essential oils or other liquid raw materials into powder form, it can prolong flavor quality and prevent oxidation, and is also used as a flavor carrier for baked products.
