Product Description

    Lactose is a special carbohydrate in human and mammal milk. It is a disaccharide composed of glucose and galactose. Its molecular formula is C12H22O11.
Lactose not only provides energy during infant development, but also participates in brain development.

1.Spraying a natamycin solution of 300mg/L in ethanol on the cake can protect it from the mold growth and extend its shelf life.
