Product Description

    Yeast extract is a substance extracted from saccharomyces cerevisiae through enzymolysis,ensure high content of BETA D Glucan,without any excipient. Yeast is a single-celled microorganism with about 50 % protein, high amino acid content, rich B vitamins, rich enzyme system and a variety of highly economically valuable physiologically active substances. Yeast BETA Glucan: Β(1 → 3) dextran, side chain is β(1 → 6) dextran, this structure is different from the linear molecular structure of the general sugar, but a unique triple super-microhelix structure. Its special ultrahelical molecular structure can be the most immunoactive and easily absorbed by the human body.
