Product Description

Modified corn starch is corn starch that has undergone physical, chemical, or enzymatic treatment to improve its functionality,such as its stability, texture, and ability to withstand heat, acid, and mechanical stress. It is widely used as a thickener,stabilizer, and emulsifier in food products, as well as in pharmaceuticals as a disintegrant or binder.
