What is Inositol?
Inositol is white crystalline powder, belongs to water-soluble vitamin B, plays a positive role in promoting the growth and development of animals, can enhance the appetite of animals, promote cell metabolism, contribute to the growth and development of animals, prevent death, can be widely used in medicine, food, feed and other fields. Limited by the high cost of traditional processes and insufficient raw material capacity, the average annual growth rate of global production capacity and demand is only maintained at about 6.5%. The actual demand is 10,000 tons, and there is a potential market of up to 300,000 tons to be tapped.

Inositol is produced by enzymatic method, and the quality of the products reaches the European and American quality standards. Inositol was synthesized from food grade corn starch in one step by multi-enzyme method, which completely solved the problems of low yield, high pollution and high cost of traditional process.
Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences showed that enzymatic inositol was more beneficial to animal growth, utilization and transformation of feed protein and regulation of fat metabolism in animal liver. Chemical inositol may be associated with the risk of liver lipid damage in animals.
