Product Description

Elderberry is a genus of between 5 and 30 species of shrubs or small trees, Elderberry extract is derived from the fruit of the Sambucus nigra or Black Elder. Sambucus Elderberry extract contains many important nutrients for health, such as vitamins A, B and C, flavonoids, tannins, carotenoids, and amino acids. Now Black Elderberry extract is widely used in dietary supplement for its anti-oxidant effect.

 

Anthocyanins are water-soluble pigments that can change color with the acid base of the cell fluid. If the cell fluid is acidic, it will be red, and if the cell fluid is alkaline, it will be blue. anthocyanidin (anthocyanidin) is one of the main pigments that make up the color of petals and fruits. Anthocyanins are secondary metabolites of plants and play an important role in physiology. The color of the petals and fruit attracts animals for pollination and seed dispersal (Stintzing and Carle, 2004). It is commonly found in the tissues of flowers and fruits and in the epidermal cells and lower epidermal layer of stems and leaves. The color of some fruits determines the market price of fruits. It's also in purple vegetables.
